We are delighted that you have chosen to join Heron Hall Academy in September 2024.
Our Head of Year 7 will be writing to you all shortly.
We understand that starting secondary school can be very exciting yet, daunting experience for many students.
Our staff understand this and work closely with the primary schools to try to make students transition into Heron Hall Academy as easy as possible.
The school website has a wealth of important and useful information, so please take the opportunity to look around. You will also find under this section a place we have created for information to hopefully make your child's transition from primary to secondary school as smooth as possible.
A ‘Transition Booklet’ has been developed to give information about routine procedures, the subjects studied and the work of our departments. Further information about starting at the school can be found here.As soon as we have a confirmed programme, we will be communicating it to families and primary schools.
