Make a difference while advancing your career

Are you looking for a role where you can have a meaningful impact on children's lives while developing your career in a supportive environment?

North Star Community Trust is an educational charity managing four academies in North London, serving around 2,600 pupils.

We offer a range of opportunities, from teaching and teaching assistant roles to office and central team positions, all contributing to the success of our schools.

Joining our team means working in a dynamic and rewarding environment where your skills and expertise help shape the future of young people.

We are looking for passionate individuals who are committed to nurturing and securing children’s aspirations. Whether you’re a teacher or part of our support staff, every role plays a vital part in our mission.

To thrive in our schools, you’ll need enthusiasm, energy, and a positive, can-do attitude, along with a drive to grow and develop professionally.

In return, you’ll be part of a welcoming community with strong leadership, engaged and inquisitive students, and a deep commitment to staff development.

We value dedication and talent, offering opportunities for growth and career progression within a positive and collaborative working culture.
